Cancellation fee

Cancellation of the order:

- Confirmed participant who has filled out a binding application, must be done in writing.

- When canceling the participation of a registered participant in a multi-day course (CAMP) and the cancellation was not made at least 30 days before the event, there is a cancellation fee of 1500 CZK for the given multi-day course and the already made personal clothing with the name.

- When canceling the participation of a registered participant in a multi-day course for health reasons, there will be a cancellation fee of 1000 CZK for the given camp; the reasons must be documented by a doctor's certificate.

- When canceling the participation of a registered participant in multi-day courses less than 14 days before the course, there is a cancellation fee of 2500 CZK, which is payable no later than 14 days after the course. If the cancellation fee is not paid, the player will not be eligible for further inclusion!

- If a player who has cancelled finds a replacement and he/she attends the lesson, no cancellation fee will be charged!

- If a registered participant cancels the participation in a one-day lesson less than 14 days before the lesson, there will be a cancellation fee of  700 CZK, which is payable no later than 14 days after the lesson. If the cancellation fee is not paid, the player will not be eligible for further placement!
